People Mgmt in Action

Global, May 2010 – Effective 15 May, MiniWorkshopSeries HR in Action will now be known as People Mgmt in Action due to the demands of our current clients. This will refine their target demographics to include all managers rather than strictly HR practitioners.

The People Mgmt in Action Track is designed specifically for any departmental/division managers in your organization; a general understanding of how to manage their people’s performance, development and staffing procedure.

Progressive organizations today have adopted a flatter organizational structure to enable quick and effective decision making. Therefore, managers are required to take on a more pro-active HR role in managing their workforce.

As such, MWS will be changing the name of the track HR in Action to People Management in Action. Its 12 titles will not be affected in anyway.
